With the Firestone, I stopped reading when I saw it mentioned 'upsampling.' Topping? HELL NO. Look up the Objective 2 (O2) amp with integrated DAC. Much better.
O2 looks very promising, thanks for the info, but looks like it has not line output, but I need it, because I use headphones and amp + floor standing speakers with the same source, so I'd like to have line output from DAC for my hi-fi amp.
